Passionfruit Caprioska Spritzer

60ml Passionfruit Vodka

Juice of half fresh lime

5 fresh mint leaves

Shake with ice

Add 60ml soda water

Dump into lowball glass

Garnish: half passionfruit

Boujie Pink G & T

45ml Rose Gin

15ml Lychee Vodka

Juice of half lime

Add ingredients in boston shaker and shake with ice

Double strain into martini glass and top with (good) tonic water

Lemon twist to garnish

Cucu Channel

60ml Gin

20ml Elderflower liqueur/syrup

20ml Lime juice

1/3 crushed cucumber

Shaken with ice

Strained into glass of ice

Garnish: Peeled cucumber

Espresso Martini

30ml Coffee Vodka

30ml Toffee Vodka

30ml Still Water

Shake hard with ice

Garnish: Coffee beans

Lemon Myrtini

30ml Lemon Myrtle Vodka

30ml Gin

10ml fresh lemon juice

60ml Soda

Shaken with ice

Strained in martini glass

Garnish: lemon slices

Apple Mule

60ml Apple and Cinnamon Vodka

30ml fresh lime juice

Shaken with ice

Dumped into glass

Top with ginger beer

Garnish: Mint leaves & lime wedges
