"After spending over a decade behind the bar, I noticed a gap in the market: spirits that not only taste amazing but also bring something truly unique to the table. Whether it’s shaking up a bespoke cocktail, mixing a legendary drink, or simply enjoying a fun and flavourful shot, I wanted to create spirits that could be the star of any occasion.

With a clear vision of the flavours I wanted to bring to life, I combined my distilling experience with knowledge of semi-permeable membranes (thanks to a medical science degree) to create spirits that are nothing short of legendary. And so, Ambrosia Distillery was born—a place where science meets myth, and every bottle tells a story worth sipping."
